Errors from Wishard are produced from the Vax-Basic program called DSA46:[SOURCE.NIF.MMP.1DASH2]NIF_MMP_WISHARD.BAS. 2008-01-08
Field  ZE1.11 is formated

where "WISHARD" is the name of the Wishard Medication History Provider, and "RIMH" is the name of the MedHub coding system.
